According to Jessica Lautz, vice president of demographics and behavioral insights at the National Association of Realtors, “Many homeowners, especially younger buyers, have to make compromises on the house they end up purchasing.”

Almost 2/3 of millennials regret buying a home. But that number has stayed consistent for millennial homeowners over the last couple of years.

Home values go up and they go down and hang in there it'll always come back up.
